Yes — through CareCredit, you can break your veterinary costs into manageable monthly payments. We do not offer in-house payment plans at this time, but CareCredit is a fast and easy option that most clients are approved for. Apply at carecredit.com/vetmed.

Most applicants receive an instant decision online at carecredit.com. If approved, you can use your CareCredit account the same day — even before your physical card arrives. We can also help you apply at the time of your appointment.

We believe in transparent pricing. Our team will provide you with an estimate of expected costs before performing services. For standard exams, pricing starts at $199 (includes the house call fee). Additional services are discussed and approved with you before proceeding.

In a way — the Wellness Club lets you pay for your pet's annual preventive care in monthly installments rather than one lump sum. It's not insurance or financing, but it's a smart way to budget for routine care. Starting at $99/month, it covers exams, vaccines, diagnostics, and more. Learn more about the Wellness Club.

We do not currently bill pet insurance providers directly. However, we will provide you with a detailed invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Many clients successfully recover a significant portion of their costs this way. Contact your insurance provider to confirm your coverage and reimbursement process.
