Valet Vet does not provide emergency or after‑hours care. If your pet experiences a medical emergency outside our regular business hours, please contact the nearest 24‑hour veterinary hospital immediately.

By scheduling a house call, you acknowledge that:
1. Our Surgical & X‑ray Unit may not reach every location due to its size.
2. Valet Vet does not offer same‑day surgery; all surgical patients require a pre‑surgical appointment.
3. You may be asked to assist the veterinarian during certain services, and you agree to do so at your own risk.
UNLESS MEDICALLY CONTRAINDICATED, ALL PATIENTS OF VALET VET ARE REQUIRED TO BE VACCINATED FOR RABIES.
Valet Vet may use photos taken during visits for social media and marketing. To opt out, please contact our office to complete an exemption form.
Smoking is not permitted during house‑call visits to protect sensitive medical equipment and supplies.
We cannot accommodate unscheduled pets during a visit. If you need an additional pet examined, please inform our office when booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a cancellation fee.
During hot weather, exams must be conducted indoors. If an outdoor exam is required and the temperature exceeds 90°F, an additional fee applies.
• Deposits may be required.
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Scratchpay, and CareCredit.
• Payment plans are not eligible for additional discounts and require pre‑approval for first‑time users.
• Checks are not accepted.
• Please allow 48–72 business hours for prescription refills.
• Controlled substances require a handwritten prescription and cannot be mailed or emailed.
• Written prescriptions are available upon request; we do not fax or call in prescriptions to third‑party pharmacies at this time.

• Safety measures (muzzles, sedation, etc.) may be used to protect pets, pet parents, and our team.
• If a pet cannot be safely examined, we will create a treatment plan for a future visit.
• Consultation, service fees, and prescribed sedation remain due at the time of service.
